From Denison to the Super Bowl, Jordan Taylor proved why he is one of the greatest football players in Texoma history.

Taylor burst onto the scene at Munson Stadium and would end up having one of the most successful quarterbacking careers in Denison history.
Taylor led the Jackets to the state semifinals in 2009 and had it not been for Jonathan Gray and the Aledo Bearcats, he likely would have won another state title for the Jackets.
Taylor was the region player of the year in 2009, and was named all-state. He threw for over 3700 yards with 40 touchdowns in the air, ran for 2500 yards with 39 scores on the ground, and was also a huge baseball player for the Jackets.
He would go on to play receiver at Rice University, then joined the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent. Being undrafted didn’t slow him down. He made the team and quickly formed a bond with quarterback Peyton Manning. Taylor earned a Super Bowl ring in 2016.
