South African superstar Tau has confirmed some well-organized support as he keeps safe and fit from his Bruges home.
As with almost 90% of leagues across the world, Belgium’s elite division is in suspension due to the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic.
“We keep in touch with the club’s nutritionists daily, their advice on the type and preparation of the food has been invaluable,” Tau said via Soccer Laduma.
“Then we also have a mandatory check-up with the coaching staff to advise of training needs. My manager has been amazing, she keeps me in touch on all other matters pertaining to my career.”
The league suspension came while the 25-year-old Bafana star was on four goals, eight assists in 30 games for Brugge.
“I am extremely motivated right now to come back after this period in better shape and with a good mindset to challenge what this virus will bring us. We all need to have a positive mindset,” added the Witbank-born star.
Meanwhile, the Belgian Premier League is expected to make a big call that could help Tau to a league medal after it was proposed for the season to be canceled.
