Paul Robinson says he thinks Everton star Richarlison will have been very tempted to move to Barcelona after their reported bid for his capture.
The former Tottenham and Leeds goalkeeper, speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, says that opportunities to join the likes of the Catalan giants do not come around very often, if at all.
Sky reported earlier this week that the Toffees turned down an £85million (€100million) bid from the La Liga heavyweights for the Brazilian attacker.

Robinson says that it is impossible that Richarlison would not have his head turned in one way or another with the chance to move to the Nou Camp potentially a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
“Anybody’s going to be tempted by Barcelona, when you put it into a real concept and into real time, Barcelona, Real Madrid are two of the world superpowers of world football,” Robinson told Football Insider.
“You get an opportunity to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid, they don’t come knocking that often. If you’re a top player they maybe come for you once in your career and if you miss the opportunity you may live to regret it.
“If Barcelona want him I don’t think that’ll be the last bid. It will be an interesting situation to monitor the player’s attitude towards it.”
Richarlison has played 27 times across all competitions for the Toffees this season, with 10 goals under his belt.
He has a total of 95 Premier League games to his name during his time at Everton and Watford.
