No. 8 Auburn is off to an ideal start in its division road game at No. 17 Texas A&M, scoring touchdowns on two of its first three possessions to establish a 14-0 lead at the end of the first quarter.Gus Malzahn has called a great game so far, using both Bo Nix and Joey Gatewood to hit on key plays. The Tigers struck first with a 57-yard touchdown run on a reverse, then Gatewood came into the game later in the quarter to convert a third down and before throwing a touchdown pass to John Shenker. Unlike Auburn, Texas A&M’s offense has not been able to establish the run at all against this stout Tigers defensive front. Kellen Mond is off to a start throwing the ball, and it looks like they’ll need more of his dual threat ability to generate the scores needed to get back in the game.Watch Auburn vs. Texas A&M on CBS, streaming live on CBSSports.com, on the CBS Sports App or through connected TV on CBS All-Access.
