Football season in England is nearing its conclusion and although there’s a lot to play for in these decisive weeks, clubs are already identifying targets for the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to the Mirror, both the Manchester clubs along with Liverpool and Arsenal are keeping close tabs on Ajax sensation Hakim Ziyech. The Moroccan is valued at around £25m – an infinitesimal amount for a player of his calibre.

Ziyech has notched 19 goals and laid on 20 more this season for the sleeping giants of Amsterdam. He has been key to their rise from the ashes making them favourites to win a ‘treble’ including the prestigious Champions League title.
The 26-year-old attacker is versatile and capable to feature down the flanks as well as a ‘number 10’ or midfield attacker. While a move to star-studded City might see him struggling for regular minutes, a transfer to Manchester United would be well-reasoned considering a squad revamp anticipated in the upcoming window.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are in need of a wide attacker. But they have certain limitations and budget restrictions, therefore, should step up their interest and splash the cash for Ziyech who is quite affordable in today’s inflated market.
Liverpool, meanwhile, should look to add depth, variation and flexibility upfront in order to maintain their supremacy both at home as well as Europe. They have not been impacted by Philippe Coutinho’s egress, however, a failed move for Nabil Fekir last summer suggests the Reds are still weighing up a move for the right player who would fit in across the frontline and suit in Jurgen Klopp’s famous philosophy.
Ziyech is drawing attention from Germany too with Bayern Munich have joined the long list of clubs who are circling like vultures to rope him in. It is to be seen now how he reacts to it and opens up on his future endeavour.
